CULTIVATING PERSONAL POWER AND PROFESSIONAL PRESENCE

While gender equality has come a long way in recent decades, women who demonstrate power are often still penalised – in the media, in our parliament and in our workplaces. 

And as if that isn’t frustrating enough, traditionally feminine ways of cultivating power - such as through self-reflection, collaboration and curiosity - are often perceived as less effective than traditionally masculine ways of operating.  So is it possible to be a powerful woman without merely aping the language, body language, vocal habits and behaviours of men?

To celebrate Women in Super's 30th Anniversary, we thought it would be fitting to invite Anna Lee, Director of Leed Consulting, to demonstrate that the answer is unequivocally ‘yes!’

During this highly interactive keynote, Anna will equip participants with specific tools to:
  • dial down self-doubt
  • increase your personal and workplace influence
  • exhibit powerful (and authentic!) behaviour, vocal habits, language and body language
