Although stress and heavy workloads can sometimes be unavoidable, when the pressure stacks up, it can lead to feeling  burnt out. Luckily, there are some preventative steps you can take for yourself.

This International Women’s Day, WIS QLD invite you to join us for a workshop with Dr Kellie Rose: a self-confessed sports addict who has spent over a decade working as a performance scientist with Olympic athletes. She has taken the practical tools and strategies she has learned over the years and designed a workshop specifically for busy professional women who are looking to perform at their best, without the burnout.

With a passion for women’s health, Kellie is devoted to enhancing the health and performance of professional women so that they can continue performing, leading and achieving in their careers with renewed purpose, energy and confidence.

This interactive workshop will have all participants leaving feeling empowered and ready to make immediate change in their daily habits, behaviours and lifestyles. An International Women's Day networking event that is not to be missed!
